1. Product Description:
Push back rack is designed to increase storage efficient, its concept is stackable carts move from the front to back beam on special inclined rails. First store-in pallet sit on the top cart, the second store-in pallet push the top cart to the back and vacant the second cart for the second pallet. While picking up the front pallet from the rack, the second pallet will slide to the front. It is a first in last out storage concept but it is different from Drive-In rack, handling truck operate only at the front of the rack without drive into the rack.
Push back rack have all the advantages of Drive-In and Live Storage Rack, pick and drop at the same face, first in last out and is best for the storage of mast volume and lesser SKU. It is suitable for small warehouse and the floor utilization is about 70%.
2. The basic components
Push back racking is composed of frames,beams and push back carts.The system is designed for the optimized storage of goods of all sizes and weights, normally it has three to four pallets deep.
The finish of all painted parts is an Epoxy-powder coating polymerized at 180 °C.
The standard colors are RAL 5015 (= sky blue) for the frames and RAL 2004 (=pure orange) for the beams. Protectors are painted in RAL 1004 (= golden yellow). Some smaller parts have a galvanized finishing. Special colors are available on request.
