1. Anti-cut hand C-type column:
- The edges are rounded to avoid scratches during operation and improve safety.
- Thickened design (such as middle warehouse column 80*48, light warehouse 50*38) ensures a stable structure.
2. Layer plate reinforcement technology:
- Reinforcement design: 40mmx25mm high reinforcement strips (0.35mm thickness) are arranged every 20cm under the layer to enhance the load-bearing and anti- deformation capabilities.
- Optional thickness: regular laminates are 0.3mm/0.4mm thick, and can be customized to be upgraded to higher thickness (such as 0.5mm or above).
3. Modular structure:
- Supports free adjustment of layer height (10cm-50cm) to adapt to different cargo sizes.
- The combination of main rack (starter) and auxiliary rack (jointer) can be flexibly expanded to save storage space.
- Easy installation: The upright column features a butterfly hole structure that interlocks with the beam hangers, eliminating the need for screws and ensuring convenient setup.

- The crossbeam above is a reinforced printed P-type tube, which can be customized as a flat crossbeam (0.8mm thickness)
- Customizable non-standard sizes (such as unconventional lengths or heights)
