2T Warehouse Storage Racking for Euro Pallet can be configured for a variety of uses and product sizes. One option is double-depth racks, which increase storage capacity by enabling four pallets to be stacked back-to-back (requires a deep-reach truck), as well as for more basic storage needs in any warehouse installation. Combine them with hand-stack shelves for best results.
We use high strength steel material roll formed for the racking profile and the durable powder coating ensure a long service life of rack systems, even under the most demanding industrial conditions.
2. Basic Components:
2T Warehouse Storage Racking for Euro Pallet is composed of basic element such as frames and beams. It also consists of a full range of accessories to fulfill all of your requirements. The system is designed for the optimized storage of goods of all sizes and weights.
Product Details:
The frames are composed of 2 uprights and a number of diagonals. The frames are bolted, resulting in a lower repair cost if they are damaged by lift trucks.
Each connection is secured with a safety lock.
The uprights are very accurately cold-formed, they can be produced in lengths of up to 12m for a single piece.
Available accessories:
The optional accessories include Corner guard, Barrier, Frame protector, Pallet support bar, Wire mesh decking, Grating panel, Steel shelves, etc.
The finish of all painted parts is an Epoxy-powder coating polymerized at 180 °C.
The standard colors are RAL 5015 (= sky blue) for the frames and RAL 2004 (=pure orange) for the beams. Protectors are painted in RAL 1004 (= golden yellow). Some smaller parts have a galvanized finishing. Special colors are available on request.
