Product Description
Push back rack is designed to increase storage efficient, its concept is stackable carts move from the front to back beam on special inclined rails. First store-in pallet sit on the top cart, the second store-in pallet push the top cart to the back and vacant the second cart for the second pallet. While picking up the front pallet from the rack, the second pallet will slide to the front. It is a first in last out storage concept but it is different from Drive-In rack, handling truck operate only at the front of the rack without drive into the rack.
Push back rack have all the advantages of Drive-In and Live Storage Rack, pick and drop at the same face, first in last out and is best for the storage of mast volume and lesser SKU. It is suitable for small warehouse and the floor utilization is about 70%.
2. The basic components
Push back racking is composed of frames,beams and push back carts.The system is designed for the optimized storage of goods of all sizes and weights, normally it has three to four pallets deep.The finish of all painted parts is an Epoxy-powder coating polymerized at 180 °C.
The standard colors are RAL 5015 (= sky blue) for the frames and RAL 2004 (=pure orange) for the beams. Protectors are painted in RAL 1004 (= golden yellow). Some smaller parts have a galvanized finishing. Special colors are available on request.

Manufacturing
The company's manufacturing base is located in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province, China. The plant covers an area of 20, 000 square meters, more than 80 employees. The factory is equipped with a number of high-precision roll-forming production lines, automated welding, laser cutting, sheet metal processing equipment and two fully automatic electrostatic powder coating lines. Professional sales engineers are responsible for the whole process from project planning and design, proposal discussion, to product supply, engineering implementation, project management and after-sales service.
The factory has a production capacity of 1000 tons per months, which enables a quick delivery of average 20-25 days. We have certified structure engineer to make cost effective and tailor-made design. The factory has been awarded ISO9001 as well. We strictly follow quality control procedure and make sure our products meet international standard.
Packing and Delivery
Long profiles are packed in bundles on plywood or steel pallets, and covered by plastic films. Between each package, air bags are also filled if necessary. For the thinner material such as steel decking, Edge protectors are applied. The small accessories and fasteners are packed inside of the carton boxes and fixed on pallets.
