1. PRODUCT INTRODUCTION:
Plastic rack protectors can prevent potential forklift impact damage while offering a bright color warning to row ends or aisles. Plastic rack protector is made of HD PE material, and it is easy to install and adds long-lasting value to your warehouse.
Safety rack guard protector is designed to protect rack legs and uprights from front, side and scrape impacts by workplace vehicles. The protector is made of HD PE material, it works by absorbing and deflecting impacts. It transfers energy around the rack leg rather than through it, preventing damage and maintaining the structural integrity of the racking system.
2. PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS:
There are two types:
Type 1: the protector is 100mm in height, it is standard module, 500mm height can be assembled by 5 pieces of 100mm standard module.
Type 2: the protector is 500mm in height for a complete piece, the protectors can be fixed to the post by straped bandage.
3. PRODUCT FEATURES:

Simple
Easy clip-on installation with no drilling or separate fasteners means that anyone can install Protect-it Stackable. Individual units are 100mm high and can be stacked and configured to suit your site. They can be rapidly removed (or just slid up the rack upright) for rack inspections.
Effective
Integrally mounded, curved energy absorbers provide a staged impact response. This lets Protect-it Stackable flex easily to deflect everyday knocks and bumps while still providing powerful impact protection for more serious forklift collisions. Our rack upright protectors are tested to international racking standards and demonstrate excellent performance in warehouses.
4. PRODUCT ADVANTAGES:
The clip-on Plastic rack protector reduces the impact and damage of a pallet racking structure with a bottom beam level. The construction of the column rack guard is from HD polyethene in a highly visible yellow colour. The fitting of the guards is to a Selective Pallet Racking System.
Plastic rack protectors are an effective, economical solution for improving warehouse safety and reducing rack damage caused by materials handling equipment (MHE) such as forklift trucks.

Manufacturing
The company's manufacturing base is located in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province, China. The plant covers an area of 20, 000 square meters, more than 80 employees. The factory is equipped with a number of high-precision roll-forming production lines, automated welding, laser cutting, sheet metal processing equipment and two fully automatic electrostatic powder coating lines. Professional sales engineers are responsible for the whole process from project planning and design, proposal discussion, to product supply, engineering implementation, project management and after-sales service.
The factory has a production capacity of 1000 tons per months, which enables a quick delivery of average 20-25 days. We have certified structure engineer to make cost effective and tailor-made design. The factory has been awarded ISO9001 as well. We strictly follow quality control procedure and make sure our products meet international standard.
Packing and Delivery
Long profiles are packed in bundles on plywood or steel pallets, and covered by plastic films. Between each package, air bags are also filled if necessary. For the thinner material such as steel decking, Edge protectors are applied. The small accessories and fasteners are packed inside of the carton boxes and fixed on pallets.
