1. Product Description: 

Selective pallet rack is the most common of all storage system for palletized goods. It is compatible with all type of handling equipment. It is efficient and 100% selectivity. It is simple and good for first in first out application. Its disadvantage is low utilization of floor space. The system is found in warehouse, super market, distribution center etc.

The optional accessories of pallet rack includes Corner guard, Barrier, Frame protector, Pallet support bar, Wire mesh decking, Grating panel, Steel shelves, etc. 



The finish of all painted parts of pallet rack is an Epoxy-powder coating polymerized at 180 °C. 
The standard colors are RAL 5015 (= sky blue) for the frames and RAL 2004 (=pure orange) for the beams. Protectors are painted in RAL 1004 (= golden yellow). Some smaller parts have a galvanized finishing. Special colors are available on request.

6. PACKING AND DELIVERY:
1). Packaging Details: Standard export package.
Long profiles are packed in bundles on plywood or steel pallets, and covered by plastic films. Between each package, air bags are also filled if necessary. For the thinner material such as steel decking, Edge protectors are applied. The small accessories and fasteners are packed inside of the carton boxes and fixed on pallets.

2).Delivery time: For the standard products, Our delivery time is 3 weeks after receipt of the 30% deposit. Other special application of racks can be delivered within 4-5 weeks.


7. RFQ Documents: 
Before you send us your requirement for pallet rack quotation, please prepare the following information: 

1. Warehouse layout CAD drawings if available. 
2. Pallet size, entry side, width, depth, height of goods. 
3. Loading weight per pallet. 
4. Clear height of the warehouse
5. Your forklift information, working aisles width and max. Reaching height. 
6. Your intra logistic flow within the warehouse

8. Material and Methodology:

8.1 Raw material
The raw material of uprights and beams are structure carbon steel Q235B, equivalent to SS400.  The steel deck material is cold form sheet metal 0.7-0.8mm thickness. All components are manufactured to a code of practice as recommended by Storage Equipment Manufacturers Association(SEMA) and ISO 9001..

8.2 Paint finish
Parts contaminated with surface oil and dirt is first treated in the 5-stage-spray pretreatment plant. After the pretreatment process, the parts are dried in the dry-off oven at approximately 150 C to ensure removal of water and that the quality of phosphating is achieved.
Methodology:loading→degreasing→rinsing→phosphating→rinsing→ rinsing →
dry off →electric-static powder coating→baking→unloading;
