The optional accessories include Corner guard, Barrier, Frame protector, Pallet support bar, Wire mesh decking, Grating panel, Steel shelves, etc.
The finish of all painted parts is an Epoxy-powder coating polymerized at 180 °C.
The standard colors are RAL 5015 (= sky blue) for the frames and RAL 2004 (=pure orange) for the beams. Protectors are painted in RAL 1004 (= golden yellow). Some smaller parts have a galvanized finishing. Special colors are available on request.

5. Warehouse racking after-sales maintenance:
5.1 The maintenance response
Once we receive a formal notification from a client for any service of rack system, the response must be made within 24 hours, and solve the problems as soon as possible.
5.2 Wearing parts and spare parts
To provide some spare parts in the warehouse when placing the order.
During the warranty period, if there is any defect of the material, the spare parts are provided free of change. After the end of warranty, only charge the cost of spare parts materials.
Items to be checked during Inspection:
1 Upright straightness
2 deformation of beam
3 Beam configuration is consistent with the original design and its rationality
4 Safety pin is damaged or missing
5 The configuration, location and the quantity of the pallet support bar.
6 If applicable, Wood decking, steel shelves are damaged or missing
7 Floor fixing Expansion bolt is loose or damaged
8. Upright protector, Frame protectors or other facilities damaged or not
9. Checking if the floor sank which resulted in improper usage of racking.

- Pallet size, entry side, width, depth, height of goods.
- Loading weight per pallet.
- Clear height of the warehouse
