Dynamic multi level ASRS with shuttle for small goods high throughput,also called the multi-level goods-to-person storage and sorting system. It is a multi-level shuttle, rapid elevator, carton conveyors, sorting lines, WMS/WCS composed of dense storage and goods-to-person sorting, which is a more advanced and efficient automatic solution that can replace the traditional MINILOAD. Multi shuttles are available in single and double depth, two-way and four-way design. The system is widely used in the logistics mode of light parts such as auto parts, electronics, and biopharmaceuticals.
The multi-level shuttle system is the solution for efficient storage and sequenced picking of trays, containers, and cartons in fully automated warehouses. Multi-level shuttle rack system is one of the advanced intensive storage system for boxes. In recent years, they have been increasingly used in storage racks. The advantages of multi-layer shuttle racks are: high storage density, high warehouse utilization, and high work efficiency. It greatly reduces the waiting time for operations, its effective space utilization rate can be increased to up to 90%, and the site utilization rate can reach more than 80%. It is suitable for warehouses with various types of box picking.
The multi-level shuttle system enables you to access a vast range of articles in storage aisles, using adjustable-width load handling devices. This project store and retrieve load carriers normally with a dimensions of 800mm x 600mm and a maximum weight of 50 kilograms.

Manufacturing
The company's manufacturing base is located in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province, China. The plant covers an area of 20, 000 square meters, more than 80 employees. The factory is equipped with a number of high-precision roll-forming production lines, automated welding, laser cutting, sheet metal processing equipment and two fully automatic electrostatic powder coating lines. Professional sales engineers are responsible for the whole process from project planning and design, proposal discussion, to product supply, engineering implementation, project management and after-sales service.
The factory has a production capacity of 1000 tons per months, which enables a quick delivery of average 20-25 days. We have certified structure engineer to make cost effective and tailor-made design. The factory has been awarded ISO9001 as well. We strictly follow quality control procedure and make sure our products meet international standard.
Packing and Delivery
Long profiles are packed in bundles on plywood or steel pallets, and covered by plastic films. Between each package, air bags are also filled if necessary. For the thinner material such as steel decking, Edge protectors are applied. The small accessories and fasteners are packed inside of the carton boxes and fixed on pallets.
