1. Product Description:
Warehouse Storage Carton Flow Rack consists of frame and declined roller beds. Inventory is in standard transport container or carton. Store-in cartons or container slide from the roller chain to the pick face, when the front container is vacant and removed from the rack, the back container will slide to the pick face. It is good for (FIFO) storage concept.
2. Basic components:
Warehouse Storage Carton Flow Rack is composed of frames, beams and roller bed. The roller bed consists of a set of rollers designed to fit into a frame structure and mounted on the loading beams. There are also seperators or deviders for the partition of each sliding lanes. The system is designed for the storage of first in first out operation.
2.1 Frames and Beams
Similar to long span racking, Warehouse carton flow racking systems has the same basic element such as frames and beams, the flow bed is fixed on the rack.
2.2. Roller bed
The roller bed is composed of a number of plastic rollers, C section frames and separators.

Manufacturing
The company's manufacturing base is located in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu Province, China. The plant covers an area of 20, 000 square meters, more than 80 employees. The factory is equipped with a number of high-precision roll-forming production lines, automated welding, laser cutting, sheet metal processing equipment and two fully automatic electrostatic powder coating lines. Professional sales engineers are responsible for the whole process from project planning and design, proposal discussion, to product supply, engineering implementation, project management and after-sales service.
The factory has a production capacity of 1000 tons per months, which enables a quick delivery of average 20-25 days. We have certified structure engineer to make cost effective and tailor-made design. The factory has been awarded ISO9001 as well. We strictly follow quality control procedure and make sure our products meet international standard.
Packing and Delivery
Long profiles are packed in bundles on plywood or steel pallets, and covered by plastic films. Between each package, air bags are also filled if necessary. For the thinner material such as steel decking, Edge protectors are applied. The small accessories and fasteners are packed inside of the carton boxes and fixed on pallets.
