1.    Product Description:

Manual pick can reach up to 2 meters only, in order to fully utilize the head room space, shelving with raised floor is developed to improve the pick height problem. The shelving system can be built to 1+ 1, 2 tiers or above to double your warehouse capacity. The upper floor is easily reached by staircase, elevator, and slide way or loading platform.
It is good for the storage of small items with split carton picking, in some occasion the system can provide with parts container and transport containers to meet customer needs. The fast moving items can arrange to store in the ground floor while the other items can be stored in the upper floor according to priority sequence.


Its standard is normally the same as Long Span racking, but in most cases it is made to measure. The uniform distributed load is from 100 to 300kg per shelf, the floor loading is 500kg/m2 U.D.L. We also carry different types of floors to meet individual requirements, such as steel decking, wood decking, galvanized industrial steel decking and galvanized grating floor, the normal loading for the mezzanine is around 400-500 kg/m2

2.  Mezzanine Floor Panels:
Common floor panels are available in a variety of types, including plain, checker plate and perforated panel. The goods are delivered to the second and third floors by forklifts, lifting platforms or freight elevators, and then transported to designated locations by trolleys or hydraulic pallet trucks. Compared with reinforced concrete platforms, this type of platform has the characteristics of fast construction, moderate construction cost, easy installation and disassembly, easy use, and beautiful structure. The distance between the columns of such platforms is usually within 4-6m, the first floor is about 3m high, and the second and third floors are about 2.5m high. Floor load is usually within 1000kg per square meter. This type of platform allows the closest combination of storage and management, and can be used as a warehouse office upstairs or downstairs.
Such systems are mostly used in machinery manufacturing, automotive, electronics, light industry, machinery, medicine, e-commerce and other industries.

3.  The basic components

The steel platform has various forms and functions. The biggest feature of its structure is the fully assembled structure, which is flexible in design, can be designed and manufactured according to different site conditions, and is widely used in modern warehouse storage.
Steel platforms are usually composed of planks, primary and secondary beams, columns, inter-pillar supports, and ladders, railings, and so on. According to the different methods of bearing treatment, steel platforms can be divided into:
1. The platform resting directly on the tripod or cantilever leg of the workshop column. The function is usually a safe passage or a simple medium-sized operating platform.
2. One side is supported by the plant column or building wall, and the other side is a platform with independent columns.
3. A platform supported on large equipment.
4. All are independent platforms.

5. Factory Production:
Packaging and Delivery: 
1).Packaging details: Standard export package. 
Long profiles are packed in bundles on plywood or steel pallets, and covered by plastic films. Between each package, air bags are also filled if necessary. For the thinner material such as steel decking, Edge protectors are applied. The small accessories and fasteners are packed inside of the carton boxes and fixed on pallets.
2).Delivery time: For the standard products, Our delivery time is 3 weeks after receipt of the 30% deposit. Other special application of racks can be delivered within 4-5 weeks. 


6. RFQ documents:  Before you send us your Requirement For Quotation, please prepare the following information:

1. Warehouse layout CAD drawings if available.
2. Carton box size, width, depth and height.
3. Loading weight per box.
4. Clear height of the warehouse
5. Required line items to be stored.
6. Your intra logistic flow within the warehouse. 
7. mateail handling equipment informaiton such as picking trolley, mobile ladders, etc.
