1. Product Description:
Warehouse mezzanine floor steel platform is a fully assembled light steel structure. The columns are usually made of square or round pipes. The main and auxiliary beams are usually H-shaped steel or cold-rolled steel. Compared with the traditional patterned steel floor or steel grating floor, it has strong bearing capacity, good integrity, good load uniformity, high accuracy, flat surface and easy to lock and other advantages, and easy to match the lighting system.
Such systems are mostly used in machinery manufacturing, automotive, electronics, light industry, machinery, medicine, e-commerce and other industries.
2. Mezzanine Floor Panels:
Common floor panels are available in a variety of types, including plain, checker plate and perforated panel. The goods are delivered to the second and third floors by forklifts, lifting platforms or freight elevators, and then transported to designated locations by trolleys or hydraulic pallet trucks. Compared with reinforced concrete platforms, this type of platform has the characteristics of fast construction, moderate construction cost, easy installation and disassembly, easy use, and beautiful structure. The distance between the columns of such platforms is usually within 4-6m, the first floor is about 3m high, and the second and third floors are about 2.5m high. Floor load is usually within 1000kg per square meter. This type of platform allows the closest combination of storage and management, and can be used as a warehouse office upstairs or downstairs.
3. The Design of steel platform railings
Protective railings should be provided around the platform, on the side of the inclined ladder and in areas where traffic is not allowed due to process requirements. The height of the railing is generally 1000mm. For high-altitude and high-safety areas, 1200mm is suitable. The railing consists of a pole, a top armrest, a middle longitudinal bar, and a skirting board. The main components (the pole and the top armrest) should be made of angle steel . Welding connections between the railing components should be used. When there is special need for traffic or operation, it can be partially designed as a movable railing.
The steel platform has various forms and functions. The biggest feature of its structure is the fully assembled structure, which is flexible in design, can be designed and manufactured according to different site conditions, and is widely used in modern warehouse storage.
Steel platforms are usually composed of planks, primary and secondary beams, columns, inter-pillar supports, and ladders, railings, and so on. According to the different methods of bearing treatment, steel platforms can be divided into:
1. The platform resting directly on the tripod or cantilever leg of the workshop column. The function is usually a safe passage or a simple medium-sized operating platform.
2. One side is supported by the plant column or building wall, and the other side is a platform with independent columns.
3. A platform supported on large equipment.

Packaging and Delivery:
1).Packaging details: Standard export package.
Long profiles are packed in bundles on plywood or steel pallets, and covered by plastic films. Between each package, air bags are also filled if necessary. For the thinner material such as steel decking, Edge protectors are applied. The small accessories and fasteners are packed inside of the carton boxes and fixed on pallets.
2).Delivery time: For the standard products, Our delivery time is 3 weeks after receipt of the 30% deposit. Other special application of racks can be delivered within 4-5 weeks.
