1. Product Description:
Industrial storage shelving cantilever racking is a type of rack that is used for storage of irregular or long items, it is optimal for the storage of long-shaped, profiles, pipe, molding, timber and bulky materials, etc;
This is achieved by eliminating obstructions in the front of the rack and providing a clear opening in the front of the rack in lengths as long as desired.
These racks can also be decked for storage of items smaller than the spacing between towers. Tower spacing, upright capacity, and arm capacity are critical for a safe and proper system.
This racking is available in roll formed and structural styles.
Cantilever Rack is divided into single and double cantilever racks. And it is composed of the main part and accessories.

2. Cantilever Racking Components
Uprights:
Industrial storage shelving cantilever racking consist of uprights with a vertical column bolted to a horizontal base. The vertical column of the cantilever rack upright is punched Holes up and down the upright. Also the front and the back of the vertical column is punched, thus the vertical columns can be used as a single sided upright or a double sided upright depending on which type of base is attached to the vertical column. Holes are provided in the base of the upright to anchor the upright to the floor.
Arms:
The cantilever arm is adjustable up and down the upright. The arms attach to the upright with a pin keeper, which allows for instant arm adjustability. Arms are available with or without front lips. The arms are available in two types straight arms and incline arms.
Cantilever Arm is a very important part of cantilever rack and the selection of arms takes a great influence on the whole storage solutions.
Brace Sets:
Braces are constructed from structural channel and are bolted between uprights to provide lateral stability to the cantilever rack system. The selection of the brace length also determines the arm spacing. Brace lengths are measured from centerline of upright to centerline of upright and are sold in sets.
3. Packaging and Delivery:
1).Packaging details: Standard export package.
Long profiles are packed in bundles on plywood or steel pallets, and covered by plastic films. Between each package, air bags are also filled if necessary. For the thinner material such as steel decking, Edge protectors are applied. The small accessories and fasteners are packed inside of the carton boxes and fixed on pallets.
2).Delivery time: For the standard products, Our delivery time is 3 weeks after receipt of the 30% deposit. Other special application of racks can be delivered within 4-5 weeks.
